We want you to love your REGALROSE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return window for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original branded box and use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
